Neuralink: Elon Musk unveils pig with chip in its brain

Neuralink, founded in 2016 by Tesla and SpaceEx CEO Elon Musk, in San Francisco, specializes in biotransplantation that connects the human brain to computers. The biometric chip announced in this demo is called Link, and the link installed in the brain records neural activity in the brain and transmits it wirelessly to show it on the screen.

Elon Musk said that the day will come when you will be able to load Tesla vehicles and play games like StarCraft by controlling your computer with just your thoughts through the link. In addition, it is revealed that it aims to cure neurological disorders such as depression, amnesia, anxiety, and brain damage by converting not only external device control but also brain memory and thoughts into data through reading and writing. Furthermore, Elon Musk is known to have an ambition to develop “superhuman cognition,” which further enhances the human brain to compete with future artificial intelligence (AI).
